Upgraded Finish To Conveyors

Oshkosh, Wisconsin April 2013: MCE, a manufacturer of product handling conveyor equipment, recently upgraded the finish on all mild steel TableTop and MatTop conveyor offerings to powder coat.
In the process, dry powder is applied electrostatically and is baked on to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Other advantages are:
- Uniform application quality
- Scratch resistant finish
- Resistant to more chemicals than traditional equipment paint
- Long term durability
The company started converting to powder coat finish in February 2013 and will continue to offer all powder-coated components at the same price as the previously wet-painted counterparts. MCE features 4 ½”, 7 ½”, and 12" widths of TableTop conveyors and 12” and 18” widths of MatTop conveyors.
