Seamless integraton — adjustable supports provide leveling on uneven floors, ensuring smooth integration into existing production lines.
Rotary Accumulation Table
MCE’s rotary accumulation tables are designed with the purpose of allowing transfer points control of product flow between production lines, or the manual unloading of products at hand packing stations. Configured for new or integrated with existing production lines, rotary accumulation tables are ideal for product accumulation or surge backup. An efficient process to balance production rates, a buffer space accumulates product allowing production to continue while downstream product is temporarily stopped
Production Line Optimization
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) speed control sets the optimum table rotation speed, maintaining production schedules and decreasing downtime. MCE’s rotary accumulation table is designed to handle bulk accumulation with ease reducing wear and tear on the motor that can otherwise lead to early motor burnout.
