#1. Look over MCE’s new conveyors and equipment.

We’ve had a lot of interest from distributors and end-user customers in some of our newest products. They’ll be on the floor for you to examine up close and discover how they improve production safety and efficiency:

• Bi-Directional Accumulation Table – This accumulation solution was engineered specifically for lines running round, non-tapered products at speeds around 500 PPM. Between initial concept and launch, the product team engineered the design to deliver high quality and performance at low cost, achieving a 40% pricing reduction.
   
• Gripper Elevator – Designed to gently change elevation for a wide variety of products and flow rates, this conveyor requires very little floor space.
   
• Re-Flow Accumulation Table – The length of the tables in this solution can be modified in the field, creating enormous line flexibility for a variety of products at high flow rates. Plus, it has a large capacity and requires a small footprint and minimal controls.
   
• Hand Pack Station – One of our most exciting new products! The semi-automatic Hand Pack Station is a quick and low-cost way to finish secondary packaging for a wide range of products. Product flow can be controlled by a foot device, ensuring every packer is continually fed with products to pack directly on the conveyor system.

#2. Test your products on one of the largest continually operating loops at PACK EXPO.

Even packed as efficiently as possible, our loop requires a minimum of three semi-trucks to transport all of the equipment to PACK EXPO Las Vegas. Bring your products* to test on this loop, which will include commonly used conveyors such as the low-pressure Single Filer; a chain-drift side transfer; the Re-Flow Accumulation Table, a deceleration table to convert single file flow into mass flow; and the Dynamic Transfer section. *If your product is a craft beverage, feel free to leave it with us

#3. Meet the MCE experts you’ll work with.
