About MCE Guided Low-Profile Conveyor
MCE’s low-profile belt conveyor is commonly used in applications where space is limited, such as manufacturing facilities, assembly lines, and packaging operations. The key characteristic of MCE’s low-profile belt conveyor is its compact design, which allows it to fit into tight spaces or be integrated into existing machinery. Low-profile belt conveyors are often equipped with adjustable legs or casters, allowing for easy mobility and flexible positioning within a workspace.
MCE's low-profile belt conveyor can include options such as adjustable speed controls, various types of belting surfaces to accommodate different product characteristics and a guide track to ensure belt alignment.
Adding a "V" groove to the belt bed and a v-guide to the bottom of the belt, the system is consistently centered, and belt edge-wear is reduced. Belt wandering, miss-tracks and friction will also be minimized reducing inconvenience maintenance and costs.
Low-profile belt conveyors are available in standard widths of 6", 12", 18", and 24" with a maximum length of 15 feet. If a longer pull section is needed for your operations we recommend using flat belt conveyors.

Bolting the assemblies together, installing the chain and fine tuning guide-rails to fit the product or package are the only on site installation steps required, making MCE coneyor solutions capable of maximizing productivity at no expense of extra resources.
