Compact Design Low-Profile MatTop Conveyor

MCE’s low-profile mattop conveyors offer a cost-effective, space-efficient, and versatile solution for transporting materials, allowing for seamless integration and optimization of production lines. Having a compact design with a slim frame, makes this low-profile conveyor suitable for applications where manufacturing floor space is limited or where the low-profile conveyor needs to be integrated into existing production lines or machinery. The shallow frame and noser section facilitate smooth and tight material transfers, reducing the risk of jams or obstructions. Low-profile conveyors are available in a straight configuration with an option to incline or decline. To accommodate different application requirements, MCE’s low-profile conveyors can be modified based on the layout and workflow needs of the production line.

Low-profile mattop chains are available in standard widths of 6",12", 18", and 24", and a maximum of 15 feet in length.
