The Draper Z Incline conveyor is comprised of two parts: a lower incline conveyor and an upper "draper" conveyor. The upper belt is uniquely self-contouring, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of product shapes, sizes, and weights while maintaining their orientation during incline or decline to the next production stage. By draping gently over the product shape, the draper prevents backsliding and reduces tipping, enabling steeper incline angles compared to conventional incline conveyors.
Available at fixed angles of 30, 45, and 60 degrees, the Draper Z Incline maximizes vertical space utilization and occupies a small footprint on the production floor. Moreover, it facilitates safe access to hard-to-reach areas, reduces the number of steps needed on the production floor, and provides unrestricted access for personnel, fork trucks, and other moving equipment.
